Job Description

A leading telecoms and data B2B publishing company in central London is looking for a highly communicative candidate to join their telecom team.  You will update in-house system accurately and handle all general queries via phones and emails. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain insight into the events market, international travel opportunities included.

Key duties:

  • Demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction from attention to customer needs
  • Process registrations accurately and efficiently with the in-house system
  • Manage credit control for delegate and sponsorship invoices
  • Prepare admin pre-event and post-event
  • Manage the end-to-end customer service function per event

Experience / skills required:

  • Proven experience in customer services environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong numerical skills – invoicing (including multi-currency) and credit control
  • Flexible to travel internationally and deliver customer service on site
  • Ability to work independently and confidently
