If you have a strong product marketing background and experience of implementing the full marketing mix with a customer focused approach, this Marketing Manager vacancy could be the opportunity for you to join a creative and strategically focused team at a leading academic publisher in central London. 

Key duties:

  • Manage the marketing strategy for a portfolio of Open Access journals
  • Devise creative marketing strategies to support delivery of objectives for individual journals and the wider Open Access program
  • Promote a customer-focused culture within the team
  • Reach customers through a range of marketing channels, including email, social media, print and digital advertising, and conferences at multiple touch-points during the customer journey
  • Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets for allocated products

Experience / skills required:

  • Established product marketing background and experience of implementing the full marketing mix with a customer focused approach
  • First class written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and write effective copy
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and identifying new approaches to existing procedures
  • Proven project management skills
  • An analytical approach and ability to interpret data
