Job Description
Do you have editorial experience in professional or educational publishing? Are you keen to use your editing and commissioning skills to develop learning materials? We are looking for a Course Developer to join this leading global provider of qualification training in South London. The successful candidate will project manage course books, online e-learning courses, classroom teaching materials, etc.


Key duties:

  • Compile and edit core learning materials, ensuring they are relevant, accurate and engaging
  • Support commissioning activity and assist in the research and design of new and existing products
  • Oversee development process making sure deadlines and budgets are met
  • Liaise with colleagues and projects stakeholders
  • Keep up-to-date with learning technologies and respond to customers’ feedback


Experience / skills required:

  • Editorial experience in professional/educational publishing
  • Keen interest in online learning/training technology and publishing is required
  • Editing and rewriting experience is required with strong level of written accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and the ability to adopt house-style and liaise with diverse audience
  • Strong organisation and time-management, with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
  • A self-motivated and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative on long-term projects
