Job Description
A leading educational technology company and distributor of online textbooks is looking for a client integration officer to join their team in Buckinghamshire. You will be working in the Customer Success team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and will assist with communicating the company’s software features to higher education institutions. 

Key duties: 

Maintain expert knowledge of the business and products.
Assist customers with the set-up, testing, and maintaining the offered systems. 
Update customers about new or upcoming features. 
Ensure that customer systems are set-up correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise, reporting errors to the developers. 
Communicate customer feedback back to the engineering team for product improvement.  

Experience / skills required:

Account or customer management experience is highly desirable. 
Excellent IT and Excel skills. 
Excellent problem solving and communication skills. 
Knowledge of academic or digital publishing would be highly desirable. 
Previous experience in a software as a service environment is also desirable.
