Job Description
Are you a JavaScript Developer looking for an exciting new challenge?  Our client, a leading global education provider in London, has an opening for an experienced developer to join their international team in London and contribute to the design and application of a new global security toolkit and management system.  This is a very exciting time to join this cutting edge team with excellent career progression

Key duties:

  • Work with cutting edge technologies on a global platform
  • Contribute to the design and direction of the system and support a team of specialists
  • Work in Javascript ES6 with Node.js in the server and React in the client and running in the Cloud
  • Project will include system integration, data analysis and correlation, reporting, scalability and scheduled, distributed, tool execution

Experience / skills required:

  • Good knowledge of Javascript / ES6 including use of classes
  • Knowledge of Node.JS / Express
  • A creative approach to application development and a desire to learn about Cyber Security
  • Experience of object oriented development
  • In depth knowledge of SQL and CSS
  • Horizontal scalability and responsive design
  • Experience of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL would be useful
  • Other desirable knowledge includes: React, Python, Git, Agile/Scrum, Jira
