Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join our central London office near Bond Street to support our team of recruitment consultants.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a collaborative and friendly team.

Key duties:

  • Provide effective administrative support to the team
  • First contact with clients and candidates over the phone
  • Keep recruitment database up to date including uploading new CVs and updating candidate and client records
  • Publication of relevant advertising on websites and job boards
  • Monitor incoming CVs and distribute to relevant consultants
  • Reformatting of CVs and candidate summary writing
  • Updating spreadsheets and running reports
  • Occasional referencing of candidates
  • Assist with updating of Social Media sites 
  • Monitor stock and order stationery supplies as required
  • Perform other duties as required e.g. arranging interviews, sourcing leads for consultants

Experience / skills required:

  • Some previous office / administrative experience is essential
  • Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Outlook with experience using a database
  • Fast and accurate typing and attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, including friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Great multi-tasking abilities and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
  • This is an ideal first administrative job for someone with an interest in recruitment
  • Knowledge of Social Media, with experience of Wordpress and a knowledge of SEO a bonus
