Do you have solid marketing experience and you want to start working independently on your own campaigns? A world leading education publisher is looking for marketing professional with proven marketing experience.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Executive/Co-ordinator who is looking to take step up to independently manage product campaigns and plans. You will join a friendly team in Oxford producing creative campaigns targeting young people and engaging with educators preparing them for the world of work.

Key duties:

Work closely with a friendly team, open to new ideas and supported by specialists in digital, events, data and research
Devise and deliver high quality multi-channel, end-to-end marketing campaigns, on time, within budget and meeting KPIs
Use research and time spent in the market to gather customer and competitor insights to inform marketing campaigns and customer experience 
Set measurable targets for your campaigns and assess success through regular reporting 
Proactively search for ideas, insights and inspiration from within and outside the education industry to drive creativity and innovation in all aspects of your work
Be the marketing voice in your subject team to build strong, collaborative networks with internal teams and colleagues

Experience / skills required:

Experience of creating and implementing marketing plans, including budget management and response analysis
Experience of B2B marketing techniques including content creation, messaging and copywriting, digital, social media, email and print channels
Experience of working in the education sector is desirable and an interest in education is essential
A proactive approach and ability to problem solve
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills with the ability to work under time constraints
