Job Description
A leading Global professional publisher is looking for two Inside Sales Executives to join their team in London.  This role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an understanding of client business needs and drivers.  Liaison with a customer facing UK sales team and the international sales team is a critical part of the role.

Key duties:

  • Proactively network with existing customers to upsell subscription products
  • Implement telesales activity to customers and set up appointments
  • Conduct basic company/contact research, using CRM and internal database
  • Effectively schedule customer contacts, proactively manage leads and opportunities
  • Execute sales process to investigate, explore and understand customer needs in order to sell relevant products/services

Experience / skills required:

  • Proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations
  • You will be comfortable in a telesales and KPI driven environment
  • Ability to develop executive level relationships and engage with the customer
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • You will a motivated self-starter
