Job Description
We have an excellent opening for a Marketing Executive to join a publisher in central London, working on their Open Access journals. In this digitally focused marketing role you will implement email campaigns, manage website content, run advertising campaigns and work with colleagues to design marketing collateral. Key duties:
Create and implement marketing plans for a portfolio of Open Access journals
Plan and implement email marketing campaigns and experiment with new ideas
Update websites with new product information and promotional copy
Manage web advertising and run PPC and social media campaigns
Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and results are analysed
Work with colleagues to produce print and online marketing collateral for internal and external use
Represent the publisher at conferences and deal with authors, editors and societies 

Experience / skills required:
Experience in a similar role and an interest in publishing or academia
Good digital marketing knowledge, especially email marketing experience
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Experience with Google AdWords or social media advertising would be a plus
