Job Description
An independent trade publisher in central London has an opening for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their team. You will provide administrative support to the Sales Director and help ensure the smooth running of customer accounts. 

Key duties:
Provide accurate and timely sales and marketing information to distributors overseas
Monitor stock levels and prepare sales and stock reports for management 
Provide excellent customer care and assistance 
Assist with marketing tasks, such as direct mail campaigns and catalogues 
Liaise with operations teams and colleagues across different departments 
Participate at events and tradeshows 

Experience / skills required:

Administrative or sales support experience, ideally in a publishing or retail environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Organised with strong time management skills
Good numeracy and IT skills
