Job Description
A B2B media group are looking for an Operations Manager to support a growing team who operate magazines, a brand with online platforms and networking events. You will report to the CEO and be responsible for the day to day management of the office and general administration. 
 
Key duties:
  • Act as main point of contact, including meeting and greeting guests to the office and handling inbound calls to the company and managing the general team inbox and distributing enquiries internally
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing post management  and overseeing and maintaining the stationary cupboard
  • Maintaining and developing existing administration systems within the business
  • Organising and planning staff social events and assisting the CEO planning and organizing in-house events
  • Booking onsite and external meeting rooms and venues
  • Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety (H&S) regulations throughout the business
  • Day to day point of contact for all finance/accounting communications and work closely with the finance team
  • Assist with HR administration matters including payroll admin and On-boarding new starters, managing holiday and sickness records, assisting with recruitment process, assisting with monthly payroll
  • Main point of contact for all internal IT support issues 

Experience / skills required:
  • Demonstrable experience in an office management/operations role
  • Excellent organisational skills
