Job Description
A prestigious STM Society publisher in central London is hiring a Sales Support Administrator to join their publishing sales team. You’ll provide admin support to sales and marketing colleagues and will manage relationships with sales reps, agents and distributors. Based in lovely offices in central London with good company benefits, this is a great opportunity for someone with administrative, sales or marketing experience and an interest in scientific publishing.  

Key duties:
Manage relationships with sales reps, agents and distributors in the UK and Europe 
Respond to queries about products and pricing and supply timely sales information to customers 
Liaise with the warehouse to process orders and check stock availability 
Keep up to date records using SalesForce
Produce regular sales reports to share with the team
Assist with marketing inititatives
Attend customers visit and relevant conferences 

Experience / skills required:

Experience in an administration, sales or marketing role, ideally in publishing
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customer queries 
Proficiency with Excel and CRM databases
Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
