An established education and professional publisher in London now requires a Project Manager to develop and coordinate their project development. This is a key role integral to educational product development and implementing the company publishing strategy.
· Ensure that new projects are effectively delivered by internal colleagues and external suppliers · Initiate new project schedules · Liaise closely with relevant stakeholders on project progress · Identify project priorities and manage these effectively · Manage workload and support the Production Editor, typesetter and designer as required · Ensure all development stages are completed successfully · Establish strong working relationships with suppliers, colleagues and stakeholders Experience / skills required: · Proven publishing experience or editorial qualification · Firm experience of editorial and project management · Excellent organisational and teamwork skills · Strong IT skills as well as an understanding of InDesign and eBook technology · Adaptable approach to work and problem solving · Demonstrable communication skills · Pre-press and digital file knowledge would be beneficial For further information, please apply online or email a CV and salary expectations to samcoleman@atwoodtate.co.uk Contact: Sam Coleman Tel: 020 7487 8274
