Job Description

We now have a great opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to manage a data collection project within a busy licensing agency.  This is a contract role to last five months and requires an immediate start. Applications ASAP please.

Key duties:

·          Update project plans

·          Create survey materials and documentation such as training materials

·          Monitor resources required for each step of the project

·          Update and monitor a project risk log

·          Attend meetings with key stakeholders

·          Work closely with third party suppliers

·          Work with the Cabinet Office and site contacts as required

·          Collate information and produce regular progress reports

 

Experience / skills required:

·          Strong organisation and planning skills

·          Excellent communication skills

·          Professional attitude in dealing with all types of people

·          Analytical and problem solving skills

·          Flexible, adaptable, proactive and able to work on own initiative

·          Able to work accurately to tight deadlines

·          Experience of monitoring resources and costs
