A leading children’s publisher based in Somerset is looking for an Assistant Digital Designer join their Digital Marketing Department.  This is an excellent role for a passionate and creative individual ready to get experience in digital design.  Please note this is a contract role for 12 months.

Key duties:

·          Work with design platforms such as InDesign, Photoshop, HTML5 and web design and video-editing

·          Design print marketing material such as adverts, flyers and posters

·          Use existing material to create reader guides, colouring sheets and generic marketing collateral

·          Design graphics, web banners and micro sites in line with the company website

·          Support the Digital Marketing Department when necessary

Experience / skills required:

·          Working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, HTML5 and web design

·          Able to create micro-sites, web banners and media web files

·          Able to provide creative input into company events and initiatives

·          Skilled at translating ideas into creative and high quality design

·          A passion for creative, innovative web design
