Have you worked on designing licensed film and TV character products? If so a leading children’s publisher based in Somerset is looking for two Designers to undertake the design of various licensed products. This is an excellent opportunity to design books and tie in products for a friendly creative publisher. Applications ASAP please. Key duties: · Deliver dynamic, commercially sound design · Project manage standalone titles from concept to print · Manage individual workload and flag issues to the relevant parties · Liaise closely with the allocated project editor · Prepare freelance design/art briefs when required · Ensure sales materials are delivered on time and to a high standard · Contribute ideas for new formats, packages, ranges, finishes and components · Maintaining an awareness of licensed media products and marketing Experience / skills required: · A strong design portfolio (focus on licensed products would be advantageous) · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Innovative and inspired approach to projects, external initiatives and events · A demonstrable passion for design with proven market awareness · Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite for print · Ability to provide a creative and compelling rationale for publishing projects For further information, please apply online or email a CV and salary expectations to samcoleman@atwoodtate.co.uk Contact: Sam Coleman Atwood Tate embraces diversity and seeks to promote the benefits of diversity in all of our business activities and to develop a business culture that reflects that belief.
