Key duties:

·          Project manage, without supervision, from concept to delivery of full design package

·          Create age and format  appropriate design styles, layouts and typography

·          Manage and monitor your individual project schedules

·          Work closely with the allocated project editor

·          Drive projects and brief internal/external teams

·          Ensure sales materials and MTR is delivered on time and to a high standard

Experience / skills required:

·          Extensive book cover design experience

·          Experience of managing schedules and budgets

·          Excellent communication and presentation skills

·          Innovative and inspired approach to projects, external initiatives and events

·          Ability to provide a creative and compelling rationale for publishing projects
